I went for a deep cleaning on Thursday, October 21st in the morning. This was my first time at RC Dental Group after an initial consultation on Wednesday, October 20th. I was very pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. The entire front office staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I can say the same about the entire dental staff. Although I can’t say the deep cleaning itself is fun, I experienced far less discomfort than I expected. Even the numbing gel did not have a bad taste. During my entire experience, every staff member regularly asked me how I was doing, if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort, if they needed to stop, etc. I get nervous myself when I go to any medical appointment, but I can honestly say that RC Dental does everything humanly possible to make the experience better.

I was in desperate need of a tooth to be extracted and eventually have a tooth made to replace it. Front desk is friendly. Rachel the manager worked with me to figure out affordable financing and was pleasant to work with. The assistants are friendly and knowledgeable with good bedside manner. Dr. J is awesome! Great personality, prepares you on what he’s going to do next and what feeling to expect. He’s careful and precise. My entire experience went smoothly. The color matched my new tooth color to my teeth. After my implant was done, they made sure I was satisfied with it and offered to have it remade but it’s near perfect. You can’t tell there’s a fake tooth in my smile. Thank you all for giving me such a good experience. Anyone with a dental phobia can feel safe with this practice. Thank you!

My dental experience was a really good one. The Assistant and the dentist were Both very nice and caring people. I was Very comfortable during my entire visit. I left feeling very good. Next time I need a dentist, I will be asking for Dr Nguyen .
